Breakfast was excellent. Chris our host was very helpful and no matter what time we gave him for breakfast he was dot on time at the door. The location of the property is excellent. The highlight of the property was private jacuzzi which we used almost twice a day,

I couldn't imagine there could be such a charming little place to stay on over-touristic (yet beautiful) Santorini. Lotza Studios consists of 5 big beautifully decorated studios in the middle of THE most charming, traditional & peaceful village of Santorini, Finikia (1km from Oia, really within walking distance). From your terrace you see the local life pass by, old men walking around on their donkeys (and not for tourist purposes!), children playing in the small cobbled streets. We stayed in one of the two studios on the lower level, wich I think were more private than the ones around the pool. The studios are really cosy and at a bargain price (60€/2p for the end of august) considering the incredible high rates for a decent room on Santorini. There's even a (small)…

Everything is good. The location is good which is just 10mins walk away from the main spots. There are several good restaurants around the accommodation and they are nice as well. For the breakfast, there are various kinds you can choose. The staffs are really helpful and polite. Overall it’s very enjoyable experience to me and my girlfriend.

The property was fantastic even better than the photos. The pool was nice and refreshing and the breakfast was top notch. The customer care by Christo was like a 5 star hotel.

We decided to revisit Santorini at a time with less tourists than in summer. We stayed 10 days in Lotza Studios away from the tumultuous world. From Finikia, the most typical village of Santorini, we could wether go to Oia by feet in 10 min or have a walk along the caldera between Oia and Fira or reach the beach of Paradaisos 1,5 km far from the village by a delighfull path in the vineyards. Christine payed attention to all our desires and gave us a lot of advise concerning activities, places and restaurants. She helped us understanding the way people from Santorini celebrate Easter and we participated with pleasure.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Definitely worth being included for the price of the stay. And, the location was great, only a 15 min walk to the main area of Oia. It was very cozy and quiet and had an amazing pool and hot tub, plus a private hot tub in your own villa. Also, the service with reception was fantastic. Everyone there was so sweet and accommodating to our needs, including transfers, tours, directions, recommendations, etc. Absolutely would stay here again!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lotza on our Mediterranean vacation this April. We rented 3 studios and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Christina met us at the Studios and gave us a personal tour of the properties. Her restaurant recommendations, maps of the islands and Fira, and list of "must see" sights were useful. The houses were comfortable and nicely decorated with taste. The views from the commun garden were great and you can feel the local life style due to many locals still living in Finikia. I would recommend it even for a couple, it is charming and romantic.

Cannot recommend Lotza Studios enough! Our host, Chris, made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Romeo and the rest of the staff at the studio we’re so friendly and accommodating for us. Perfect location, about a 10 minute walk to Oia and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to Fira and the rest of the island. If we ever return to Santorini we will most certainly be staying here again!

So the place is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the Oia center. It’s better this way because we still have the charm of Oia without all the tourists. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the parking but it’s a very lovely walk through the beautiful houses, restaurants and the view ! Our receptionist guy is the sweetest guy, he take care of everything and even go to extra length to give you your favorite food. Our Appartrment have a jacuzzi in the cave house, and they clean the room everyday. The bed was so comfortable, that all the other bed in Greece is nothing compare to this hotel now.

Μείναμε 5 βραδιές στην Lotza.. Η lotza βρίσκεται στην Φοινικιά ενα παραδοσιακό χωριουδάκι.. είναι περίπου 10 λεπτα με τα πόδια να πας στο κέντρο της Οιας.. καθαριότητα άψογη.. Η κυρία Νατάσα ( η κοπελα της reception ) με ενα χαμόγελο συνεχώς πρόθυμη να μας λύσει κάθε μας απορία και να μας εξυπηρετήσει με το καλύτερο δυνατό.. ερχόμαστε καθε χρονο Ελλάδα και αν ξανα παμε σαντορινη σιγουρα θα ξανα μείνουμε εκεί..
