Lotza Studios

We decided to revisit Santorini at a time with less tourists than in summer. We stayed 10 days in Lotza Studios away from the tumultuous world. From Finikia, the most typical village of Santorini, we could wether go to Oia by feet in 10 min or have a walk along the caldera between Oia and Fira or reach the beach of Paradaisos 1,5 km far from the village by a delighfull path in the vineyards. Christine payed attention to all our desires and gave us a lot of advise concerning activities, places and restaurants. She helped us understanding the way people from Santorini celebrate Easter and we participated with pleasure.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location itself is not in Oia, which is quite clearly shown from the map- however, it is only about 10 mins walk to the main Oia centre with good bus links to Fira. All fixtures in the appartment are new and the host Chris is extremely helpful. He would go out of his way to assist the customers and we absolutely loved our stay. Bonus Tip - there is an award winning restaurant right next to the place which serves the best food I have ever had in Greece

The environment was very nice with traditional decoration! The village is Very close to OIA (5minutes with the car). The price is reasonable for the time we visited.there is a small but nice swimming pool to relax (pets friendly upon request)

So the place is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the Oia center. It’s better this way because we still have the charm of Oia without all the tourists. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the parking but it’s a very lovely walk through the beautiful houses, restaurants and the view ! Our receptionist guy is the sweetest guy, he take care of everything and even go to extra length to give you your favorite food. Our Appartrment have a jacuzzi in the cave house, and they clean the room everyday. The bed was so comfortable, that all the other bed in Greece is nothing compare to this hotel now.

Everything is good. The location is good which is just 10mins walk away from the main spots. There are several good restaurants around the accommodation and they are nice as well. For the breakfast, there are various kinds you can choose. The staffs are really helpful and polite. Overall it’s very enjoyable experience to me and my girlfriend.

Everything was perfect. The staff were awesome, facilities great, and quiet! Can't wait to come back!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lotza on our Mediterranean vacation this April. We rented 3 studios and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Christina met us at the Studios and gave us a personal tour of the properties. Her restaurant recommendations, maps of the islands and Fira, and list of "must see" sights were useful. The houses were comfortable and nicely decorated with taste. The views from the commun garden were great and you can feel the local life style due to many locals still living in Finikia. I would recommend it even for a couple, it is charming and romantic.

Μείναμε, τρεις ενήλικες και ένα παιδί, στο Lotza τον Οκτώβριο του 2012! Τα διαμερίσματα Λότζα βρίσκονται στη Φοινικιά, ένα παλιό αυθεντικό χωριό κοντά στην Οία. Κάθε πρωί περπατούσαμε περίπου 10 λεπτά ως την Οία. Η Φοινικιά είναι ένα πολύ παλιό χωριό μ' ένα μικρό, πολύ καλό εστιατόριο. Το Λότζα είναι πανέμορφο. Μείναμε στα διαμερίσματα 1 και 2. Μετά από μια ζεστή μέρα κολυμπούσαμε στην πισίνα και ξαπλώναμε στις ξαπλώστρες κοντά στην πισίνα. Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονταν καθημερινά και υπήρχαν καθαρές πετσέτες. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε! Μας άρεσε πολύ το Λότζα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλικοί!

Great location

Very authentic and romantic place to stay. It is in a quiet place not surrounded by tourists. It is away from Oia only 15 minutes walking. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable in unique local style. Very clean. Cristina was very helpful and kind and gave us some amassing restaurants and beach recommendations. You will enjoy the place and fall in love wishing to come again. Thank you Cristina for your kindness.
