About Lotza Studios

The Lotza studios original building is more than 200 years old and recently restored, although we are having a renovation in 2005, without losing any charm of traditional architecture. For our studios we have created a shared small swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
We also have created in 2017 indoor mini pools for our apartments and in 2018 three more rooms with private water facilities and private outdoor areas.

All rooms have a kitchenette, air conditioning (cooling/ heating), internet access, TV, iron and hairdryer.

The environment was very nice with traditional decoration! The village is Very close to OIA (5minutes with the car). The price is reasonable for the time we visited.there is a small but nice swimming pool to relax (pets friendly upon request)

Μείναμε 5 βραδιές στην Lotza.. Η lotza βρίσκεται στην Φοινικιά ενα παραδοσιακό χωριουδάκι.. είναι περίπου 10 λεπτα με τα πόδια να πας στο κέντρο της Οιας.. καθαριότητα άψογη.. Η κυρία Νατάσα ( η κοπελα της reception ) με ενα χαμόγελο συνεχώς πρόθυμη να μας λύσει κάθε μας απορία και να μας εξυπηρετήσει με το καλύτερο δυνατό.. ερχόμαστε καθε χρονο Ελλάδα και αν ξανα παμε σαντορινη σιγουρα θα ξανα μείνουμε εκεί..

Breakfast was excellent. Chris our host was very helpful and no matter what time we gave him for breakfast he was dot on time at the door. The location of the property is excellent. The highlight of the property was private jacuzzi which we used almost twice a day,

Μείναμε, τρεις ενήλικες και ένα παιδί, στο Lotza τον Οκτώβριο του 2012! Τα διαμερίσματα Λότζα βρίσκονται στη Φοινικιά, ένα παλιό αυθεντικό χωριό κοντά στην Οία. Κάθε πρωί περπατούσαμε περίπου 10 λεπτά ως την Οία. Η Φοινικιά είναι ένα πολύ παλιό χωριό μ' ένα μικρό, πολύ καλό εστιατόριο. Το Λότζα είναι πανέμορφο. Μείναμε στα διαμερίσματα 1 και 2. Μετά από μια ζεστή μέρα κολυμπούσαμε στην πισίνα και ξαπλώναμε στις ξαπλώστρες κοντά στην πισίνα. Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονταν καθημερινά και υπήρχαν καθαρές πετσέτες. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε! Μας άρεσε πολύ το Λότζα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλικοί!
