About Lotza Studios

The Lotza studios original building is more than 200 years old and recently restored, although we are having a renovation in 2005, without losing any charm of traditional architecture. For our studios we have created a shared small swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
We also have created in 2017 indoor mini pools for our apartments and in 2018 three more rooms with private water facilities and private outdoor areas.

All rooms have a kitchenette, air conditioning (cooling/ heating), internet access, TV, iron and hairdryer.

Magical experience

Very authentic and romantic place to stay. It is in a quiet place not surrounded by tourists. It is away from Oia only 15 minutes walking. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable in unique local style. Very clean. Cristina was very helpful and kind and gave us some amassing restaurants and beach recommendations. You will enjoy the place and fall in love wishing to come again. Thank you Cristina for your kindness.... ++

Great value for money, good location and amazing staff

The hosts were amazing and gave us tips for a very good restaurant at Oia called Karma. The location was also good - not far from Oia and very quiet. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed. In the bathroom the toiletries were everything you need - even hair conditioner. The breakfast was brought to us on a big tray every morning. The two bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend it.... ++
